Every effort is made to fill orders as requested, but if a used book is not available, a new book will automatically be substituted, and vice versa. The total dollar amount of the order will change if substitutions are made.
If the price difference is under $20, we will substitute the book and notify you by email of the price change. If the price difference is over $20, we will call or email about the substitution and your order will be placed on hold until we have directly communicated with you. |
| New access codes or eBooks do not come with any used textbooks |
| Only new textbooks will include unused access codes. Access codes will have to be purchased separately if the order contains a used book. Used materials can be exchanged for new material within the return policy deadline. We will not replace or refund any used, lost, or damaged Access Codes. Please be aware that access codes come on a physical scratch off card and may be included with shrink-wrapped textbooks. |

This typically means the item is not in stock or a price has not been determined. The item will not ship with the order and will ship separately once the item has been received or priced.
However, TBD will also appear for Inclusive Access course materials. This is to inform students that this specific IA material cannot be purchased through the Textbook Depot website and will be made available through D2L.
And in other cases, items that are “Normandale Rental Only” are priced at $0.00 because there is no option to purchase it outright. Only the rental prices for these items will be available. |
