General FAQ

Yes, the Textbook Depot is a virtual bookstore with no storefront. We have weborder pickup windows on campus where our warehouse space is located.

To place an order, simply click "Buy Textbooks For Class" from our homepage. Check out our "Textbook Ordering for General Students" or "Textbook Ordering for PSEO Students" videos for step-by-step directions.

No, we are not able to fill orders on demand. Most course materials are kept off-site and are not available for same-day pickup.

During Book Rush (begins 2 weeks before the semester starts), please allow up to 3 business days to receive your order.

Our business hours vary depending on the time of year. During the semester, we are only open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.

During Book Rush, we are typically open for extended hours, including a few Saturdays. We are closed for all major holidays.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your spam folder and that the email address on your account has no typos.

Yes! Anyone can pickup an order on your behalf. They simply need to know your order number (located in your "pickup ready" confirmation email), and bring their own state/student ID card.

Inclusive Access is a digital course materials program that provides students with access to their course materials on the first day of class, at a discounted price. The cost for the material is included as part of your course fee in eServices, while account charging dates vary depending on if the course is a late-start course or not.

If your course is participating in Inclusive Access, you will see a message display on the course materials page that says "Inclusive Access Materials Are In D2L". It will also say in the course description on eServices that the course is participating in Inclusive Access.

PSEO students can place their orders the same way as any other student, by clicking "Buy Textbooks For Class" from our homepage. The only difference is that PSEO students will need to select "PSEO Students" as their payment type during the checkout process.

A total cost will still display during checkout - so long as you select "PSEO Students", you won't be charged for your order.

You may pay any fees by logging into your eServices account and clicking "Bills and Payments".

So long as it's within our refund policy guidelines, you can return any purchased course materials for a refund.
