Terms of Service For ONLINE ORDERS
Please Read the Following Terms and Scroll to the bottom to agree.

Please read through this list of policies and procedures regarding online orders. These are the major points to consider for online ordering. 

1. If not paying with credit Cards, fill out Payments Forms.

To use Financial Aid or Payment Plan funds fill out the form by clicking this link on-line financial aid book charging info and form.

2. Allow up to two (2) business days

Your order may be ready sooner but you MUST allow up to 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be prepared for pickup or to be shipped.

3. Wait for our e-mail

You will automatically receive an e-mail, confirming the placement of your order - this does not mean your order is ready. You will receive another e-mail when you order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped - this is when your account will be charged.

4. Check your e-mail

We may be unable to fill your order without additional information and we will e-mail you with questions. Please reply immediately.

5. Materials are shipped from our Store

Please refer to Shipping & Handling table for current rates.  Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

6. We will only substitute used/new books at your request

If you are willing to accept used for new, or vice versa, you MUST check the checkbox next to "Allow substitutions" otherwise, if we do not have what you requested, your order will be cancelled. We do not substitute old editions.

7. Regular refund policies apply

The Packing Slip that comes with your books will indicate the actual amount charged to your credit card or account and serves as you receipt.

8. Textbooks listed may not be used in your class and prices are subject to change without notice as noted in our disclaimer.

Orders not picked up within 60 days from the start of term order was placed for will be returned and you will be credited for the amount charged less a 30% fee for restocking & handling.
