Textbooks may only be returned if they are in their original condition.  They have must be sealed in their original shrink-wrap if applicable, any access code seals must remain unbroken, and the original receipt must be presented.

  For both spring and fall semesters, all textbooks (including optional books) are returnable only until the end of the second week of classes. 
  
  Books for summer sessions (including optional books) are returnable only during the first five weekdays of the respective term. 
 
  Textbooks purchased for classes that meet for two weeks or less are returnable only up to two days after purchase with original receipt.


The following items are not returnable:

• Textbooks purchased after the second week of fall or spring semester
• Textbooks purchased after the first week of any summer session
• Any food, beverage, or cosmetic item
• "Sale" merchandise
• Computers, software and selected electronic accessories
• Packaged merchandise that has been opened

You may exchange or return non-textbook merchandise within 30 days for a full refund, based on the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the credit card used.  The original card must be presented at the register to process the return. Any returns from cash or check purchases will be returned in the form of an accounting refund.

You may use the return label that arrives with your online order. We provide a pre-addressed shipping label on your receipt for your convenience.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.
