The following is a copy of the contract that must be signed to obtain textbooks from the Normandale Community College Bookstore:

PSEO Course Materials Agreement

______I understand that all books and materials I receive under the PSEO program are the property of Normandale Community College per MN Statute 124D.09 Subd. 20.  

______I understand that I must return all books for classes I have dropped by the end of the second week of class, accompanied by the receipt. Books must be in original condition or the Business Office will charge your account a replacement fee equal to the price of the book.

______I agree to return all of my course materials to the Normandale Bookstore immediately after finishing the class and understand that if I have not returned the books within 30 days I will be responsible for paying a fine equal to 75% of the value of the unreturned books. 

______I understand that I will have a hold placed on my academic records if I fail to return my books on time.
