Authorization to Charge Bookstore Items Against My Excess Financial Aid

I understand that financial aid can only be used to pay for textbooks, course-related supplies, computer equipment, backpacks, or electronic camera/ercording supplies.  Federal regulations require that students give consent for all non textbook purchases that they wish to charge against their financial aid.

I am authorizing Normandale Community College to use my excess financial aid to pay for the items on the attached receipt.  I also agree to pay for these items immediately if my financial aid status changes and my financial aid is reduced.  I understand that I may cancel or modify this authorization at any time.
