Important Bookstore information

FALL CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

As all fall online web orders are being placed online this semester the bookstore team is processing orders tot the best of their ability and politely asks for your patience while we workdiligently to get orders processed. A second email will be sent as soon as the order has been processed including either a link to schedule curbside pick up or the UPS tracking number for the order.

 

We also are currently experiencing high call and email volumes. The response time to voicemail and emails will be delayed. We appreciate your patience at this time. please feel free to email...

FALL ONLINE ORDERS

 

Fall textbooks are currently available for online ordering only by clicking this link Online Orders. We will be providing free curbside pick up and drop off by appointment for all orders and returns. UPS Ground and 2 day air shipping will also be available and prices vary, book charging and PSEO accounts cannot be used for shipping charges and an alternative tender will have to be provided. 

 

Students will receive two emails. The first email will be a confirmation email that their order has been received. A second email will confirm that the order is ready to be picked up including the link to schedule an appointment for curbside pick up/drop off or the tracking information for the UPS shipment. Students must present a photo ID to pick up the order.

 FACULTY ONLINE TEXTBOOK AND DIGITAL ACCESS SUPPORT

During the COVID-19 pandemic, adoptions will be online only for all courses for fall semester. If you need assistance with placing your adoptions or are interested in transitioning to Digital Access through D2L for the fall term, please email Textbooks@normandale.edu.

Students who need to purchase physical materials will be able to do so through the bookstore website only. Students will have the option to either have the order shipped via UPS or can schedule an appointment for curbside pickup/drop off.
