Important Bookstore information

FALL RENTAL & PSEO TEXTBOOK RETURNS

 

When:                                                                                                                       

  • December 14th - 18th – 8:00 am to 6:30 pm
  • December 21st – 23rd - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

 

Where:

  • Inside the Partnership Building
  • Park in Lot 3 and enter in Door 23

 

Coming to campus:

  • Face Coverings are required at all times

 

What to bring:

    • Picture ID
    • Books
    • Printed email textbook return slip

 

Alternative Return Options:  

  • Mail your textbooks at your own cost 
  • Postmarked by December 23rd, 2020
  • Include Name, Student Id/Tech ID number, contact information 
    • Without this information, we cannot credit your account 
  • Address:

    • Attn: Textbook Depot Fall Rental or PSEO return 

 

Important Information:

  • Unreturned and/or Damaged books will incur charges, late fees, and your student account will be on hold
  • We will only be accepting Fall 2020 RENTAL & PSEO Books
  • Books from previous semesters will not be returned or credited to your account
  • Books returned by mistake will be donated

 

Email Communication:

  • Fall 2020 Rental & PSEO textbook return emails were sent out, please check your email
  • Email contains a list of textbooks & materials that are required to be returned

 

 

SPRING SEMESTER ONLINE ORDERS

  • Spring Semester 2021 starts January 11th, 2021

 

  • Books will be available for purchase on December 28th, 2020

     

  • PSEO students will not be placing web orders through the bookstore website. Please refer to PSEO webpage

     

  • All Non-PSEO textbooks must be ordered through the Normandale Bookstore Website

     

     

    Placing an order:

  • Once you have completed your textbook order, you will receive two emails
  • First email will let you know that we received the order

  • Second email will let you know that the order is ready to be picked up or shipped

 

 

Second Email if you selected:

  • Shipping - email will contain tracking number
  • Pick up - email will contain a link to schedule an appointment through Microsoft bookings

 

 

Shipping Cost:

  • Book charging cannot be used for shipping charges, an alternative payment must be provided
